EXPERIENCE:

1 to 2 years in the motor industry
Buying experience: 1 to 2 years
Experience working on the following systems (advantageous):
Nett Assess system
Outsurance system
Audatex/Abuntex
TMS (Teamwork)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Matric

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Order/Purchase parts as per instruction from Workshop:

Purchase parts from the supplier as per workshop instruction and conduct follow-up to confirm receipt of order
Populate parts ordered on TMS system
Negotiate and liaise with suppliers

Order/Purchase and obtain approval for additional parts as per workshop request:

Capture variances on the TMS system
Send request to the Assessor
Communicate the decision taken by the Assessor to the Workshop Foreman for further action

Receive and process invoicing:

Ensure that the parts invoices are costed at the exact required margin
Send the final accurate costing to the Assessor for final sign-off.
Include the required documentation such as costing, invoicing, and additional approvals
