A reputable vehicle dealership in Johannesburg is seeking a skilled Costing & Warranty Clerk to join their Service Department.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate costing of warranty job cards against actual work completed.Maintain compliance with Dealer Standards.Process and verify costing on job cards and credit notes.Perform general administrative tasks and maintain an organized filing system for costing/warranty documents.Ensure all claims meet policy and procedural requirements for audit purposes.Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Costing & Warranty Clerk in the motor industry.Previous experience in a vehicle dealership with corporate brands such as BMW, Range Rover, or Audi.Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.Proficiency in motor industry systems like Kerridge or Autoline.Grade 12 qualification.Clear criminal record required.To apply, send your CV to:Salary: R Job Reference #: 1147229
