My clients has a temp position for 12 Months VECHICLE COORDINATOR in Pretoria A minimum of 3 Years experience inFleet/Transport Logistics services or relevant experience. Job related knowledge: Musthave Knowledge of Transport system in SA, Basic IT Knowledge, Knowledge of Treasuryregulations, knowledge of SCM Policies and Transport Regulations.Job related skills:Good interpersonal skills, Computer literacy, Organising skills, Communication skills (verbaland written).A valid Code10 (C1) and Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)Responsibilities and DutiesThe coordinator is expected to provide updates on any matters concerning the mobile offices to the maintenance team as well as the Commission.Knowledge of Vehicle Maintenance and procedure.Conduct daily, weekly, & Monthly inspection on all Mobile units for compliance.Ensure that Log forms/trip requests are up to date.Ensure that fuel cards are registered prior & after the trip and receipts are correctly filed.Perform office administration duties including responding to queries, writing reports and submissions.Weekly and monthly reporting.
