Purpose of the job:
Purchasing vehicles on behalf of the dealer, examining a car to ensure it's in an acceptable state, negotiating prices, and analyzing the trend price.
Required Job Tasks:
Profit Targets
Purchase vehicles for the dealership & reach monthly targets.
Negotiate prices with potential sellers and ensure adherence to the dealership's buying process.
Stay up to date with vehicle brands and prices available in the market.
Follow up on accepted deals and ensure vehicles are delivered to the dealer.
Communicate with clients when deals are accepted.
Understand the latest market trends to assist in pricing vehicles.
Test drive vehicles and examine them to ensure they are in an acceptable state.
Customer Service
Build customer interest in the services and products offered and provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
Ensure clients are dealt with in an empathetic, professional, and respectful manner.
Communicate effectively and efficiently via email/phone, keeping records of all customer interactions.
Investigate and solve customer problems, referring to senior staff or team leaders when necessary.
Create a new feedback procedure for clients or improve upon the existing model.
Respond to clients within the company standard TAT (24 hours) on all platforms.
Perform ad-hoc functions such as processing customer accounts, filing documents, and processing pending cancellations.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Ensure all buying processes are followed, and documentation complies with company policies.
Maintain accuracy of documentation, which is critical and non-negotiable.
Comply with any and all reasonable instructions and requests from management.
Report any deviations and suspicious activities to management immediately.
Critical Experience:
Previous sales experience required.
Motor sales experience will be advantageous.
People person with excellent communication skills.
3-5 years of working experience.
Honesty and integrity.
