Qualifications: BCom Accounting (Complete or final year) Skills: Advanced Excel Xero SARS Efiling Previous VAT administration or Tax compliance experience highly beneficial Job description: Prepare and submit VAT returns to SARS on time. Maintain accurate VAT records and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes. Review VAT transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Assist with VAT reconciliation, reporting, and compliance audits. Monitor VAT exemptions, refunds, and related matters. Communicate with internal departments, clients and SARS to gather necessary information regarding VAT filings. Stay abreast with VAT legislation and regulations.
