We're a young and exciting company offering on-demand creative as a service. We enable brands and marketing teams to scale their creative output. We are growing fast and require a UX/UI graphic designer to join our existing creative team. You'll be joining the company at an early stage so it's a great opportunity to get involved and to play an integral part in our growth.
What you will be doing:
Working with our creative project manager in responding to client briefs.
Becoming familiar with a client's branding, assets and overall objectives.
Working on branding, user experiences, layouts, wireframes, graphic posts, and social ads.
Work comfortably across a variety of clients.
Support Kasper internally with our own branding, creative social content and marketing materials.
What we expect you to be / to have:
3-5 years working as a UI/UX and Graphic Designer.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
A 'roll your sleeves up' approach to everything you do.
An entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to work in a small team.
Excellent verbal, communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Strong time management skills.
Fluency in English.
