Planet Fitness has an aggressive digitization journey and to unlock the 50 annual projects a Project Management Office (PMO) within the Digital Transformation and IT Team is needed. The PMO Lead will be responsible for executing the Digital and IT Projects by continuing with the methodologies, best practice and models already established. The role will align stakeholders and ensure business reporting of projects. In addition, this role will look after ITSM and partner closely with the IT Ops outsourced partner. KPI 1. PMO Operations, Governance and Running (10%) Run the Digital and IT PMO within Planet Fitness Craft, distribute and share PMO templates, models and strategies Maintain a Project Library of trackers, updates and documentation Bring to life best practice philosophies like PMBOK, Agile and tailored project models for Planet Fitness Continuously improve the PMO 2. Project Management of Digital and IT Projects (20%) Execute planning of projects Craft project plans for all projects Setup project stand-ups and track project progress Ensure all pillars (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure) of the project lifecycle and executed 3. Network and Infrastructure Management (30%) Partner with Planet Fitnesss IT Outsourced partner to drive ITSM Lead and manage IT projects Get involved technically in network, Active Directory and network security initiatives and day-to-day Manage and approve Azure Server fixes, updates and upgrades 4. IT Service Management(40%) Track, monitor and manage IT Tickets Drive ticket closure rates in line with SLA Manage outsourced IT partner and ticket resolutions Co-create solutions for IT incidents and problems Manage outsourced IT partners SLAs Minimum Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a PMO and/or Project Manager role in IT Network, Network Security and Azure management experience Project Management and network certifications IT and/or Technology experience Degree or Diploma in IT Grade 12 Please note that if you are a Planet Fitness staff member, kindly follow the internal Recruitment process
