Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to create visually stunning and highly functional interfaces. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and intuitive user experiences that resonate with and delight our audience. You'll work collaboratively with the Product & Development team and occasionally contribute to overall graphic design needs.
Duties include, but not limited to
Analyse requirements and translate those into user flows, user journeys, wireframes, storyboards mock-ups, sitemaps and information architecture charts that lead to intuitive user experiences
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Create and implement attractive designs alongside the development team
Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering apps, webapps and websites
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for product enhancements
Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed
Stay up to date with competitor products and industry trends
Essential Criteria:
A minimum of 1 year in a UX Designer role, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions, preferably in the tech industry
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
A comprehensive portfolio showcasing previous UX design work, including examples of research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and final products. The portfolio should demonstrate a diverse range of projects, design challenges, and solutions that highlight your skills, creativity, and expertise in user experience design
Proficient using UX design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD
