As the UX/UI Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual design of our products. You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with product managers and developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality digital products that meet both user needs and business objectives. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled designer to have a direct impact on the design strategy and innovation within our organization.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Design Process: Oversee the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring that all UX/UI work aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, providing feedback, guidance, and professional development opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, marketers) to define design requirements and develop cohesive, user-friendly solutions.User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to drive design improvements and ensure a user-centered approach.Design Strategy: Define and execute the overall design vision, ensuring consistency across all products, platforms, and user interfaces.Design Systems: Develop, maintain, and evolve design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistent, high-quality design across projects.Prototyping & Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.Quality Assurance: Ensure final designs are pixel-perfect and implemented accurately by working closely with development teams throughout the build phase.What We're Looking For:Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in UX/UI design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior role.Design Expertise: Strong experience in UX design, interaction design, and visual design, with a deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and information architecture.Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and prototyping tools.User Research: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying data to inform design decisions.Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading a design team, providing mentorship, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional stakeholders.Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and strategies clearly.Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and ability to create intuitive, user-centered designs.Desirable Skills:Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with Agile project management methodologies.Previous experience in financial services is advantageous.
