Possess a deep understanding of user behaviour, needs, and motivations, employing user research, prototyping, and usability testing to create intuitive and effective designs.UI Designer: Focus on the look and feel of a product by designing visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. Responsible for creating the visual elements, such as buttons, icons, and layouts, that users interact with. Ensure that the interface is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, working closely with UX designers to create cohesive and user-friendly experiences.Product Designer: A hybrid role that encompasses aspects of both UX and UI design, with a strong focus on the overall product strategy and user experience. Work on creating products that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly functional, considering user needs, business goals, and market trends.UX Researcher: Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviours, and preferences, informing product design decisions.Qualifications:Completed MatricCompleted or final year in Information or Interaction Design, Psychology, Research, Visual Arts, Multi-Media Degree/Diploma, MarketingA desire to understand and explore the customer relationship and experience, design, usability and functionalityUX/UI design diploma/certification would be advantageousThe ability to travel locally between IQbusiness and our clients, if required
