Key Performance Areas Ensure the management of workstations are set to a standard and maintained so they are secure and managed Ensure the integrity of all domain controllers are maintained so that the managed environment is effectively managed and secure Ensure the user community can have access to their applications and data to ensure optimal service delivery Follow IT Service Management strategies to provide service excellence for performance measurement, communication and transparency Offer advisory and support to stakeholders for integration and compatibility to provide awareness of common interest or share information.
