Job Description
To craft a seamless and intuitive experience for the organisation's digital products and services.
To leverage experience in user research, interaction design, and prototyping to engage with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, define design requirements, and create innovative solutions that delight the organisation's clients.
To play a role in enhancing user satisfaction, drive engagement, and ultimately achieve business objectives.
Create solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
Apply design thinking rationale when following a design approach using industry research and trends to encourage a user-centred design culture.
Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behaviours and preferences.
Interpret and translate business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into screen flow experiences that are efficient, effective, and easy to use.
Collaborate with key business and project stakeholders to define design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Create high-fidelity prototypes and design mock-ups using the relevant approved tools.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results to continuously improve the user experience.
Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring that their needs and goals are prioritised.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and share knowledge with the User Experience team.
Work closely with the developer to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
Conduct accessibility audits and ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with Marketing and other teams to create consistent and compelling brand experiences across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
Analyse metrics and user feedback to evaluate the success of design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
Display and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivity.
