Job Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for doing customer quotes, invoicing, filing reports, typing and binding quotes, phone calls, replying to emails and handling customer inquiries. Occasionally assisting in making a sale or following up with clients to make sure the quotes, product or service sold has been delivered as promised.

Responsibilities: Quotations and Credit applications in line with FICA. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Attend to customers queries and give after-sales support when requested. Processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines. Communicate with clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Used Sales Administration – follow up with quotes and refurb pipeline. Assisting with ordering promotional items. Updating CRM sales and pipeline calling salesmen for updates. Updating competitive prices. Daily reports on VSB, ensuring signed quotations received timeously. Stock Take and Photos. VSB administration and invoicing. Qualifications and Competencies Required: Matric. 1 – 3 years' experience in sales environment. Experience as a coordinator in a sales team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in customer relations. Administration and Coordination skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize it to present the features and benefits to customers. Knowledge of the Materials handling Equipment. Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programs, Autoline experience will be advantageous. Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
