• Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs and provide expert guidance on our coverage options, ultimately driving policy sales.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey insurance information and benefits to an international market effectively.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and build lasting relationships.
• Continuously update knowledge of insurance industry trends, competitor offerings and regulations.
Qualifications:• Previous work experience with a good track record (references required).
• At least a school certificate, but ideally a 3-year degree graduate.
• Passion for cycling and a strong desire to share that passion with others.
• Proven sales or similar experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to develop innovative sales strategies.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is advantageous.
• Ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the company.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
• Own transport, ideally residing in Stellenbosch or the surrounding area.
