Urgent Call Centre Team Leader

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER for a well-established, growing concern position based along the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal . JOB DESCRIPTION Grade 12. Relevant qualifications an added advantage. Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle. Alternatively, company does provide transport for employees. Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Outbound call centre experience is ESSENTIAL. 3yrs previous working experience in a similar position / working experience in leading a call centre team. Proven sales track record. Strong management skills / team leader. Must be willing to work UK time zone (approximately 10AM 7PM daily).
