About Us: We are a branding and design studio known for delivering impactful through-the-line campaigns. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Director to join our team, lead our creative efforts, and drive forward-thinking ideas across all platforms.
Job Overview: As a Creative Director, you will spearhead creative strategies and campaigns that span both traditional and digital platforms, ensuring cohesive brand communication. You'll oversee the entire creative process, from concept to execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional work that aligns with our clients' goals and pushes creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the creative team (designers, copywriters, art directors) across through-the-line campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital).
• Develop innovative and compelling creative concepts for a variety of brands and industries.
• Oversee the creative process from brief to final delivery, ensuring work is on-brand and on-strategy.
• Collaborate with client services, strategy, and production teams to align creative ideas with client expectations and project goals.
• Present creative work to clients, articulating ideas and guiding them through the creative vision.
• Stay updated on industry trends and foster a culture of innovation within the team.
• Mentor and inspire the creative team, providing constructive feedback and guidance to elevate their work.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements• Proven experience as a Creative Director or senior creative leadership role, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
• Expertise in through-the-line (TTL) marketing, with a solid understanding of ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various platforms, including traditional media and digital.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
• A deep understanding of brand strategy and how to translate it into impactful creative solutions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or other relevant creative software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
