The Role: Graphic designer Location: Fully remote (ideally with no more than 4 hours gap from UK time zones) Salary: Dependent on location. Please share your expectations. Line Management: None Contract: 2 days per week, with potential to increase to full time About the Role:We are looking for an adaptable, creative, and egoless Graphic Designer to support Up Collective across various design needs. Your primary focus will be supporting our fractional marketing business, Brand Hackers; formatting presentations, creating social media assets and assisting with website design for various brands. You will also provide design support for Up World, our marketing community business. Designing online and print marketing collateral including; digital flyers, CRM banners, SoMe assets and event brochures. You will work on personal branding projects, including developing LinkedIn cheat sheets.
This is a flexible, remote role suited to a designer who thrives on variety, from detailed presentation formatting to creative design for FMCG brands.
Key Responsibilities: Format and refine presentations in Google Slides and Canva Design engaging graphic elements for social media (banners, visuals, etc.) Assist with light website design for brand clients Produce offline and print marketing and social media content for Up World Create LinkedIn cheat sheets and other personal branding assets for founder Juggle multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail Requirements:Must Have:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Canva Proven experience in presentation design and digital marketing assets (banners, social media graphics) Experience with FMCG design trends and a strong aesthetic sense Ability to manage multiple clients (agency or freelance experience preferred) High attention to detail and excellent project management skills A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take on less glamorous tasks, such as formatting presentations Nice to Have:
Experience with brand packaging design and retail display creation Knowledge of offline channel design Familiarity with creating and managing a design request process (e.g., ticketing system) Prior experience in the FMCG, homecare, personal care, or pet care industries Ability to oversee the creative development and visual direction for brands About you This could be a great role for you, if you are:
