The University is seeking an Events Coordinator to join the team within the Office of the President.Working under the direction of the Director, University Events & Assistant to the Chancellor, and under the general supervision of the Manager, University Events, the Event Coordinator plays a key implementation role as a member of the University Events team responsible for planning and executing University ceremonies and official functions.The Coordinator will have the opportunity to support top level institutional and Presidential ceremonies, special events, and receptions. As a member of the team, the University Events Coordinator will be involved in the planning, execution and follow-up phases. The Coordinator must have the ability to multitask and meet time sensitive deadlines.
