This role requires a well-rounded and experienced sales professional who can deliver expert banking services while driving sales growth.
The Universal Banker (Level 1) will manage various banking transactions and foster long-term relationships by offering tailored solutions to meet clients' evolving financial needs.As a key contributor to both client retention and sales generation, this role requires a combination of exceptional customer service, sales expertise, and knowledge of banking products.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying sales opportunities, such as cross-selling and upselling products that meet clients' financial needs.QualificationsEssential Qualifications:MatricNational Certificate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS-recognized qualification or above), demonstrating a solid foundation in banking practices, financial services, and industry standards.
