REQUIREMENTS Diploma in General Nursing / BCur Degree Registered with SANC as a Registered Nurse At least 3 years' experience in a senior or shift leader role Previous experience within a Sub-Acute environment will be advantageous Computer literacy is essential Excellent clinical nursing skills, ability to lead subordinates to achieve objectives, conflict  management, performance orientation and teamwork
