Minimum Requirements:Diploma in Nursing.BLS Qualification.Updated ACLS/ PALS/ ATLS/NALS advantageous.Post basic qualification in Critical Nursing Science.Must be registered with SANC.Minimum of 3 years experience as a Unit Manager or similar role.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Overseeing the daily operations of the unit, patient care, and staff management.Implement quality improvement within the unit.Ensure all duties are perfomed in accordance to the SANC and DOH standards.
