Job Description: Unit Manager Engineering Capital Projects Location: Gauteng, West Rand District, Westonaria Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Mining Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Medically fit to work in the specific business area. Clear security screening record. Professional Certification with ECSA Valid drivers license (if applicable). GCC (Mine Health and Safety act) will be advantageous candidate will be caring a 2.13.1 Appointment signed by the 3.1a Manager. Education: National Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering NQF 7 (Bachelors Degree or Advanced Diploma) In Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Advanced certificate in Project Management. Experience: At least 7 years experience in a related role, of which 2 years should have been at a management level or experience in a functional/specialist area. At least 5 years in a project office within a mining environment. Knowledge and Skills: Project management principles and practises Engineering design and implementation Regulatory compliance within the mining industry Stakeholder management Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
