Job Description:
The Cabinet Controller is responsible for always ensuring the COM IT system functions optimally and the data is kept accurate and trustworthy. Cabinet Controller will ensure the inventory record accuracy is of high standards and minimal asset losses occur. To ensure that all Cabinet related activities such as Repairs, Transport, Storage and Customer Service are done with maximum efficiency and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure that the Service Provider is keeping record of all Job Cards
Track and Control inventories in Supplier Warehouses
Ensure that Cabinets in Supplier Warehouses are of high quality and ready for trade
Timeously act on Cabinets in trade and warehouses that need repairs
To track the Service Provider performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
Administration of the COM IT database
