Job SummaryThe Unemployed Learnership Virtual Financial Advisor opportunity requires the incumbent to have completed a Diploma in finance. Preference will be given to candidates with any Financial Planning qualifications or RE5 certification. The learnership will start on April 1, 2025, for a duration of 12 months.
Job DescriptionSales and Service Delivery Focus (Supervision and support)Facilitate seamless sales activation, conversion, and fulfilment for new to bank and current customers.Deepen Customer Relationships: Provide a high level of individualized service to customers utilizing consultative relationships to increase loyalty and business referrals.Sales Conclusion and Activation: Apply knowledge to drive seamless fulfilment of sales and timely reporting on customer sales-related queries.Customer Experience Management: Interact with customer segments in a manner that enhances the brand experience.Manage Transactional Activities: Perform work as per the pre-set daily workforce plans and schedules, making necessary adjustments.Record and report to provide timely and accurate information and provide monthly reports reflecting insights into tendencies and patterns.Risk and Governance: Comply with all internal and external risk and governance policies, standards, and procedures, and escalate associated risks.Adhere to NCA, FICA, and FAIS legislation.EducationAbsa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
