My client in the financial services sector is currently recruiting for a reliable and passionate Underwriting Administrator to join their well established team.Minimum requirements:National Senior CertificateRelevant Short-Term Insurance prescribed qualificationsComputer literate with knowledge and experience in MS Excel and MS WordExperience and/or exposure in the following areas will be advantageousAt least Five years Agri Short-Term Insurance experienceRE5 certificate compliant with FAIS regulationsFluent in Afrikaans and EnglishExperience in interacting with Brokers and clientsExcellent people and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work under pressureExcellent reporting skills and the ability to identify and address risksExcellent organizational and record keeping skillsResponsibilities will include:Processing of quotations and premium calculation checksHandling of all Policy Endorsements, rate queries and discount requestsHold covered requestsRequest the issue of Sasria CouponsSessions on policiesConfirmation of coverCorrespondence and all other means of communicationPremium increase after claims settlingPolicy cancellation requestsAssist with monthly reportingAssist with handling of all Survey requestsPolicy Premium controlIMPORTANT:Applications close 30 September 2024Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be consideredOnly candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
