Policy administration (receive, check, refer, ad hoc duties, off-platform renewal processes) Policy administration/negotiation General inquiries and office administration (including niche companies) Handling of business report (policy screenings, cancellations, new business) Management of personnel Grade 12 with at least 5 years of experience in short term insurance (preferably in underwriting) Experience in personal and commercial lines.
RE5 CPD must be up to date Must have full FSCA accreditation The ability to work alone and as part of a team Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (both verbal and written) The ability to work under pressure
