Key Responsibilities:Making and receiving calls to Customers to discuss existing broadband packages, booking appointments and up-sellingBuilding rapport with your customers on the phone to maximise opportunitiesHave great conversations to meet our customer's needs, letting your personality shineA customer-first approach, skilled at understanding diverse needs and offering tailored solutions, while maintaining excellent service and supportThrough effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great serviceUpdate databases with customer details and your activityRequirements:Minimum 1 year experience outbound & inbound Sales servicing experience.Be driven by success, goal-oriented and enjoy delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment.Result orientated and have a determined attitude to achieve your KPIs.IT literate.Clear Natural English ( Native) Target Driven with a proven track recordITC Clear & Criminal Clear Grade 12Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Committed and resilient.Keen to learn and develop.HOURS - Mon to Fri ( 10am-7pm ) Free Transport
