The Role Collaborate closely with product manager, scrum master & developers to translate user needs and business goals into clear and concise UI/UX designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user pain points and inform design decisions. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts. Ensure designs adhere to accessibility best practices. Assist in feature scoping. Experience 4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of user interface designs. Proficiency in design software (Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD). Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and concise designs. Strong knowledge of B2B applications. HTML, CSS and JavaScript are highly advantageous.
