Monitor, process and resolve ITSM incidentsDaily monitoring of device management environmentsBe responsible for the verification, planning and actioning of maintenance tasks together with other infrastructure teamsContinuously work on improving the operational stabilityWork on automation of platform operations, troubleshooting and maintenance topicsSupport the onboarding and knowledge transfer to new team members, and external collaboratorsInteract with an international product team, external providers, vendors and customers.Treat security as a first-class citizenWork closely with stakeholders, development teams in constantly improving our Endpoint Management platforms stability and availabilityWork with other IT teams on integration of new features and componentsA university degree/diploma in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification or 3 years IT experience
