Requirements & QualificationsInstructor Duties:Develop and conduct training programs on UAV Ground Control Stations, including operation procedures, software interfaces, telemetry systems, and communication protocols.Deliver hands-on training sessions to educate personnel on GCS setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Create instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes.Technician Duties:Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of UAV GCS hardware and software components.Ensure GCS systems are operational and comply with performance standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical issues and improve GCS functionality.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification outcomes.Prepare detailed technical reports on GCS maintenance, repairs, and operational incidents.
Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during training sessions and GCS maintenance activities.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to UAV GCS operations and safety.
