Key responsibilities / main job duties:· Instructor Duties:Develop and deliver training modules on UAS electrical systems, including power distribution, wiring harnesses, control systems, and payloads.Conduct practical training sessions to educate personnel on electrical assembly, troubleshooting, and repair techniques specific to UAS.Create instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, and simulations to enhance learning effectiveness.Technician Duties:Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of UAS electrical components and systems.Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure UAS electrical systems meet operational standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with engineering teams to evaluate and improve UAS electrical designs and performance.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and certification outcomes.Prepare detailed technical reports on UAS electrical maintenance, repairs, and operational issues.Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during training sessions and maintenance activities.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to UAS electrical systems and operations.Candidate requirements:Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field.Proven experience (5 10 years) working with UAS or similar electrical systems in the aviation industry.Proficiency in certain applications and/or software:Experience with ERP systems and logistics software.Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CILT) preferred.Sound knowledge of:In-depth knowledge of UAS electrical systems, including power distribution, wiring diagrams, avionics, and associated subsystems.Previous experience in instructional roles, delivering technical training preferred.Certification in UAS operations and maintenance is highly advantageous.UAV systems, components, and logistics challenges specific to the industryKnowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, CAA part 145)Thank you for applying with RareCruit!Follow us on social media for the latest jobs, trends and market insight:Website:
