This role is part of a 12-month learnership program, and we are looking for an individual eager to gain practical experience in a recruitment environment.
Responsibilities: CV Typing and Formatting:Collaborate with the recruitment team to transcribe candidate CVs from various sources.Ensure accurate and efficient typing of CVs, adhering to established formatting guidelines.
Alignment with Interview Notes:Work closely with recruitment consultants to align candidate CVs with interview notes and feedback.Edit and refine CV content to accurately reflect candidate qualifications and experience.
Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough reviews of typed CVs to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.Ensure that all CVs meet quality standards and present candidates in the best possible light.
Data Entry:Enter candidate information accurately into the recruitment CRM.Maintain organized and up-to-date records of candidate CVs and related documents.
Collaboration:Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless workflow.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related fieldStrong attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data entry.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Eagerness to learn and contribute to the recruitment process.
