We need an experienced people operations leader to build and scale our global HR function. Own our performance review process from planning through to meaningful outcomes
Support managers in developing their teams effectively

RequirementsMust be able to work UK business hours (non-negotiable)
5+ years of HR operations experience
Track record of supporting international teams
Experience implementing people strategies that drive business growth
Strong project management and process improvement capabilities
Strategic thinker who can translate business needs into people solutions
Natural relationship builder who thrives in cross-cultural environments
