Critical OutputsThe learner will be exposed to various tasks, projects, and assignments performed in the Engineering department to enable them to gain the necessary workplace experience.RequirementsGrade 12 National Senior CertificateCompleted all N6 theoretical subjects in Electrical Engineering (N6) or Mechanical Engineering (N6) at a recognized TVET College within South AfricaAll learners applying must be in possession of a recent letter from the educational institute requesting work experienceLearner must not have been part of the workplace experience grant in prior yearsLearner must be unemployed to qualify for this projectLearner must complete the full 18 months' workplace programComputer literate in MS Excel & MS WordCompetenciesProblem-solving, analysis, and judgementAttention to detailResilienceEngaging diversityProfessional and technical proficiencyExcellence orientationBuilding relationshipsCustomer responsivenessOrganisational awarenessAction orientationEthical behaviourEmail: ******
