They are based in Centurion, South Africa, however, operates across a variety of sectors throughout Southern Africa (throughout SADC Countries Job Description You will be reporting to the Commercial Director and your responsibilities will include: Responsible estimating packages Effectively provide technology and operational support for the business Buying BEE Programming Cash Flow Risk Analysis Conditions of contract Compliance with the Estimating Procedures Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering /Quantity Surveyor Skills 8 - 10 years' experience on site Experience Estimating on Civil, Building, Mechanical and Electrical projects Sound knowledge of site environments and workflow requirements Experience on tendering process CCS/Candy experience Good management experience Relevant written and verbal contracts
