Provide expert support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors solutions within an automotive context. Develop and maintain detailed functional documentation, considering the unique requirements of the automotive industry. Analyze and scope end-user authorization roles, ensuring compliance with automotive industry regulations. Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and system integration security tests, taking into account automotive industry best practices. Proactively identify and propose solutions to improve business processes within the automotive industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the automotive industry to ensure successful project delivery. Provide ongoing support to operational and functional teams within the automotive industry. Travel internationally as needed to support automotive industry projects. Adhere to documented incident management processes specific to the automotive industry. Liaise with other support organizations within the automotive industry. Qualifications and Experience: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management certification. Strong experience in Applications Operations within the automotive industry. Proven experience in roles design, and support within a SAP environment within the automotive industry. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on automotive industry challenges. Strong understanding of system landscape and security best practices within the automotive industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team within the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, tailored to the automotive industry. Willingness to travel internationally to support automotive industry projects. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll within the automotive industry. SAP SF CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) understanding within the automotive industry. JIRA/Confluence knowledge (Agile) within the automotive industry.
