Security Supervisor We are looking for experienced Security Supervisors to join our team at SBSA - 30 Baker - Rosebank in Gauteng. Responsibilities: Supervise the guards on sites.Ensure that the 3 PPPs are actively upheld:Protect the premises and property of the client.Prevent illegal trespassing/unauthorized entry.Prevent any criminal activities from happening.Conduct day and night shifts.Provide visible access control at the sites.Patrol as needed.Provide armed response when requested.Incident management.Conduct inspections and parades to verify that:PSIRA certificates are valid and notify members if their certificates are close to expiring.Bi-Annual Criminal Checks on all Security Personnel.Report all crimes and identified crime trends after each shift.Control keys, equipment, and company assets utilized by your team.Administer sick notes and annual leave & ensure that all staff take annual leave according to a leave roster.Attend all meetings as requested.Minimum requirements: Minimum Grade 10 or higherA Grade PSIRA registeredDriver LicenseHandgun - Firearm CompetencyExcellent communication skills and problem-solving abilitiesPresentableMust reside in and around Alexandra, Tembisa, and surrounding areas.Must have experience working in a corporate environmentNo Criminal recordMust have previous experience as a supervisor.Applicant must show leadership qualities and skillsWe pride ourselves on ensuring continued development and training for our teams.
