We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our hospitals technical and biomedical equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and is compliant with healthcare standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and calibration of medical and technical equipment.Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.Supervise a team of technical service staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards.Collaborate with medical staff to address equipment-related issues and improve operational efficiency.Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inspections.Manage the budget for technical services and ensure cost-effective operations.Develop and maintain relationships with equipment manufacturers and service providers.Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and equipment.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Experience in a technical service or engineering role, preferably in a healthcare setting.Strong knowledge of medical equipment, maintenance procedures, and regulatory standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
