Operations and Service Delivery
You will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across designated sites, implementing schedules and work assignments to ensure that all tasks are completed to our high standards. Key responsibilities include:
Work Scheduling and Oversight: Create and maintain detailed work schedules and job cards for each position on site, ensuring all duties are completed efficiently and within specified time frames.Quality Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of cleaning tasks to confirm adherence to service standards as defined by our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Uniform and Identification Compliance: Ensure all staff are professionally dressed and wearing name badges, enhancing the professionalism and brand image of Tsebo.Company Policy and Methodology Adherence: Implement Tsebo's cleaning methodologies, adhering to all company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations to ensure client satisfaction and safety.Asset Management: Perform monthly spot checks on high-value equipment and assets, ensuring they are in proper working condition and arranging for repairs or servicing as necessary.Safety and Maintenance Checks: Report all maintenance and safety concerns to your manager promptly, ensuring a safe working environment.Professional Appearance and Hygiene: Promote health, hygiene, and a professional appearance among all staff, reinforcing the importance of personal and professional standards.Communication and Coordination
