My client is searching for a TS Implementation Engineer.
You will be working as part of a team to deploy, maintain and monitor our WAN infrastructure.
You'll support the deployment of Cisco Meraki devices for our customers in various locations around the world.
You will also help ensure that we have sufficient bandwidth for all customer requests.
Requirements Provides a consistent customer experience for all users Uses customer supplied user environments to test the systems.
Manages a number of customer initiated requests from a base of accounts.
Supports development teams in the creation of information and tools to support group leadership.
Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the TS platform.
TS Implementation Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in a COTS environment Experience in deploying, configuring and troubleshooting an application from the ground up.
Experience in designing and building applications for Windows/Unix platforms preferred.
