Responsibilities: Highly experienced people manager with solid trust administration experience, must be deadline driven and perform well under pressure.Deep understanding of investments, tax, Trust law, and ability to read and analyze financial statements.Ability to network and build relationships at all levels.Performance manage and lead a team of high performers.Acquisition of Trust business, both internal and external to the FirstRand Group to increase the value of assets under management and the scale of the Group.Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Qualifications: Finance/law degree, CFP preferable.5-7 years + management experience.5+ years Trust specialist experience.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: An experienced professional.Adaptable and curious.Able to analyze complex data sets.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 25/10/24
