Wilson Contractors is a well-established locally owned and operated company, specialising in civil contracting. We deliver a range of services including bulk earthworks, roading, drainage, infrastructure, and siteworks to clients throughout Central Otago, Queenstown Lakes, and Southland since 2003.
We are looking for a candidate to join our busy Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago team as a Heavy Vehicle Truck Driver / Transport Operator. You will play a key role in transporting our varied range of small and heavy civil machinery throughout Otago and Southland.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Must hold a New Zealand Class 5 Licence with WTR endorsement (Training given to the ideal candidate).Transporting experience in moving plant (Training given to an ideal candidate).A great attitude towards the care and maintenance of heavy machinery.Physically fit.Able to work unsupervised but also be a proactive team member.Demonstrate a commitment to health and safety.Positive can-do attitude and effective communication skills.We offer the following benefits:
