United Exports is looking for a Truck Driver to join the team at the Packhouse in Paarl. In this role Deliveringhigh value products to customers in the safest and secure way as possiblealways keeping the cold chain of the product and representing the company atdelivery points.
Key Performance Outputs Transporting, anddelivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner. Adhering toassigned routes and following time schedules. Able to adapt tochanging schedules or routines. Load and unloadvehicle with respective staff and review orders before and after delivery toensure that orders are complete, the quantities are correct, and the customeris satisfied. Always preventstock damages in transit. Maintains deliverylogs and records. Always keeping cleanlinessof the vehicles. Good knowledge ofroutes, related business places and locality and ensure the safety is the priority. Turnaround time atdelivery point is in the allowed time frame. Stock inventoryresponsibility and managing invoicing process. Any other dutiesthat might be assigned by the Manager.
Requirements National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12 Driver's License EC1 (Code 14) essential. Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Own Transport Skills Required Good driving skills. Trustworthy and honest. Time management. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.
