Trolley Potter

Key Responsibilities:Collect and return shopping trolleys from parking areas and store entrances.Ensure trolleys are clean and in good condition before returning them to the designated trolley bays.Assist customers with trolleys when required, ensuring excellent customer service.Maintain the organization of trolley bays, ensuring they are always stocked.Report any damaged or malfunctioning trolleys to the maintenance team.Ensure compliance with safety standards and store policies.Assist with basic maintenance of trolley equipment when necessary.Qualifications:No prior experience required; training will be provided.Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions.Physically fit and able to move large numbers of trolleys.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude.Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
