As a Tribe Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the Tribe program in your region by recruiting and onboarding Tribe Campus Leaders, creating and managing community forums, fostering engagement, and tracking performance for program growth.

Lead the recruitment of qualified students as Tribe Campus Leaders across campuses Create a smooth onboarding process with essential knowledge and resources for new leaders Maintain consistent communication by sharing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering collaboration between Tribe Campus Leaders Develop relationships with campus administration and clubs to expand program reach Track and analyse program KPIs, generating reports to optimize community growth and engagement Requirements What makes you a great candidate?
Resident of South Africa Experience in community building and management Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills and passion for gaming Familiarity with Google Workspace tools for efficient task management Data-driven mindset with skills in tracking and reporting performance metrics Ability to plan, organize, and execute events Passion for gaming and a strong drive to foster community growth Benefits Why should you be a Tribe Campus Leader?
