As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a Treasury Associate to support the treasury, capital markets, and operational aspects of their fund products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a rapidly growing firm and contribute significantly to its success.What you'll do:Support the Treasury Director and Investment Team on all matters related to cash & liquidity, transaction closing, and other portfolio investment actions.Assist with cash management of the Firm, including daily and weekly cash reconciliations, bank account onboarding and management.Manage and maintain the Firm's credit facilities, ensuring compliance with all covenant tests.Monitor the fund hedging program from ISDA on-boarding, trade execution and settlement.Liaise with other areas of organisation, including tax, legal/compliance, investment team, investor relations, information technology and business management.Contribute to SOC preparation and testing process and monitoring of control environment procedures.What you bring:5-7 years of experience in TreasuryFund Accounting or Fund Operations experience will be beneficialAn undergrad degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or relatedStrong Excel and analytical skills, proficient knowledge of PowerPoint.Experience working with banks and cash management is crucialUnderstanding of valuations, partner allocation and fund structures is beneficialExcellent communication and organisational skills are imperativeWhat sets this company apart:Our client is a globally recognised private equity firm that has made its mark in secondary markets around the world.
