Today we still invest heavily in innovation to ensure that we continue to deliver superior customer experiences.Purpose of the JobThis role gives the individual extensive Treasury exposure to the global Group. Reporting to the Senior Treasury Manager, this role will support the group in the management of the operational treasury activities. This will include supporting the management of liquidity, foreign exchange, cross currency swaps, investments, debt and treasury technology.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal cash management for purposes of cash visibility and forecast planning. This will include the weekly cash position report of global cash balances.Global daily cash and FX management which will include trading FX transactions with approved banking partners.Investigate any cash management issues as and when required for internal and external support.Cash concentration and funding of Collinson entities as and when required including daily cash pool reconciliation.Ensure timely settlement of Treasury related transactions within a controlled environment.Reconciling daily cash variances for the Treasury entity.Run the Global intercompany monthly netting program.Distribution of foreign exchange rates and interest rates used across the Group by finance and non-finance teams.Interaction with key Banking partners for bank related matters such as payments.Maintenance and recording of all Treasury related transactions (funding, deposits, investments, FX trades) including drawing down or repaying against the Group's credit facilities where appropriate.Execution and documentation of the group foreign exchange hedging.Assist with any Treasury and management reporting.Preparation of bank and lender compliance reports.OtherProvide assistance with on-going Treasury projects where required.Support with any Treasury related audit requests.Provide support with issuing any Trade LCs, guarantees, credit cards and completion of any treasury related documentation.Key skills and experience to be evidenced within your application included;You will be a minimum of degree educated, preferably in a finance discipline.Experience in a similar role and looking to broaden your range of Treasury skills in a fast-moving role within a growing and changing business.An accountancy and/or Treasury qualification.Experience of FX risk management and an understanding of clearing banking and treasury systems.Advanced Excel skills preferred.Core competenciesAble to work in an organised and methodical way so that internal and external deadlines are met in a timely manner. Priorities can change daily, calling for someone who is diligent, organised and able to work under pressure.Preferably able to display a knowledge of banking and financial transactions and products, including payments/borrowing facilities/online banking.A practical hands-on attitude is required together with the ability and initiative to suggest and implement process change.Able to work effectively with people across all areas of the businesses and build effective working relationships, whilst also being comfortable working unsupervised.
