Travel Consultant
to join our team, someone who can help our guests plan unforgettable experiences at this exquisite retreat, ensuring their stay is both relaxing and memorable.
What Is Required:
As a Travel Consultant, you'll be the go-to expert for clients seeking unforgettable travel experiences. Your primary role is to understand clients' travel preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and arrange all aspects of their trips, from flights and accommodations to tours and activities. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring every travel experience is seamless and tailored to meet individual needs.
You will work closely with clients to offer expert advice, handle bookings, and resolve any travel-related issues that may arise. Your goal is to create memorable travel experiences that exceed clients' expectations, while also staying informed about the latest travel trends and destinations.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Tourism / Hotel qualification advantageous
Strong OPERA experience
At least 2 years in Reservations / Groups reservation
Maintain high standard of customer service through excellent communications skills
