Who we're looking for: The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minute away has a position for a Travel Support Administrator to join their extraordinary people. We are seeking a highly organized and travel savvy administrator to join our dynamic team to provide exceptional support to our travel team, manage travel documents and reservations, coordinate logistics and itineraries and ensure seamless travel experiences. What is required: As a Travel Support Administrator, you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with trade partners, and ensuring smooth sales operations Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level Diploma / degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management Minimum of 3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the hospitality industry. Opera Experience and knowledge preferred Above average efficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency in marketing tools such as CRM systems, website management platforms, and analytics software A passion for luxury hospitality, tourism, and guest and client experiences Ready to Join?
