Read on…Working on the front line as a Travel Reservations Specialist, your ultimate goal is to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service to ensure our members have the best experience each time they contact TEN.In this role you will be the primary contact for one of our top clients in the MENA, Europe, US and Asia region.
You will liaise directly with their customers to facilitate all of their ground transportation requirements.
You will handle a high volume of calls as well as emails and engage with members to understand their requirements and complete the reservation process.Available to start from March 2025 to August 2025, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding excellent customer service to members across MENA region, Europe and Asia Support requests by telephone and email in Arabic and English of individual trips (hotels, villas, rental cars, railways, round trips, package deals, cruises, private jets, yachts, transfers, and VIP service) for premium cardholders, considering all the needs of the customer Active cross-selling of lifestyle services for travel enquiries, promotions and exclusive events Conducting research and putting together proposals Liaising with our trusted suppliers on behalf of Members Maintaining up-to-date records for our members Representing TEN, telling the story and promoting our concierge value Building rapport with members Demonstrate proactivity and converting requests to bookings RequirementsKey Skills & Attributes: Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Excellent written & oral communication is a MUST.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Knowledge of other languages is a benefit, but not a necessary requirement.
Please be prepared to take a language test in any language you mention as a skill.
French is a plus.
Required background in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service in a Luxury brand Previous experience working in customer service, handling a high volume of calls would be an added advantage Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times Dedication to customer satisfaction, show a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problem solving skills Initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members Ability to work independently, in a team and perform well with little supervision High adaptability to a dynamic changing environment Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option: Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 60% Home Office possibility.
